越谷市での作業の際に、エアコンの水漏れが問題となっているお客様宅でエアコンクリーニングを行いました。今回のケースでは、エアコン購入後約7年間クリーニングをされていなかったため、内部にはホコリ、カビ、油汚れが蓄積していました。また、水漏れの主な原因はドレンホースの詰まりにありました。ホースの先端に取り付けられていた虫よけキャップが汚れによって詰まっていたため、水が正常に排出されず溢れていたのです。

私たちは、エアコン本体とドレンホースを徹底的にクリーニングし、キャップの洗浄および再設置を行いました。その結果、エアコンの水漏れは完全に改善され、見違えるほど清潔になりました。洗浄後、エアコンの風速は洗浄前の3.5m/sから6.5m/sまで回復し、これにはお客様も大変驚かれていました。最後に、エアコンの効果的な使用法とキャップの定期的な洗浄方法についても丁寧にご説明させて頂きました。今回の作業を通じて、快適な空間作りのお手伝いができたことを心より嬉しく思います。

During work in Koshigaya City, we performed air conditioner cleaning at a customer's home where water leakage from the air conditioner had become an issue. In this particular case, the air conditioner had not been cleaned for about seven years since it was purchased, resulting in accumulated dust, mold, and oil stains inside the unit. Additionally, the main cause of the water leakage was a clog in the drain hose. The insect repellent cap attached to the end of the hose was clogged with dirt, preventing the water from draining properly, which led to it overflowing.

We thoroughly cleaned both the air conditioner unit and the drain hose, and also washed and reinstalled the cap. As a result, the water leakage from the air conditioner was completely resolved, and the unit became remarkably clean. After cleaning, the air velocity of the air conditioner recovered from 3.5m/s before cleaning to 6.5m/s, which greatly surprised the customer. Finally, we carefully explained effective usage methods for the air conditioner as well as how to regularly clean the cap. We are truly pleased that we were able to help create a comfortable living environment through this work.
